Reboot Programme

The Reboot Programme allows us to work on specific areas where you may have noticed changes at this time.  A personalised programme is created which allows me to help you to “reboot” and get you back to being the person you want to be.

This programme consists of an initial 90 minute session and then two 60 minute one-to-one private sessions. This allows us to work through your areas on concern and make a plan on how to tackle these. Each session is customised to your exact needs.

One-to-One Online Consultation (1 hour)

Is there an area which has been causing you concern and you would like some practical help with?  Maybe your stress levels are higher than you would like as a result of work, health or relationship issues?

Quitting smoking has health benefits at any age.

By quitting smoking even when older, smokers can benefit from a reduction in coronary artery disease, lung cancer, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and even an improvement in osteoporosis. It also means those around you are not subjected to second hand smoke.

Every time you smoke a cigarette, your body is flooded with thousands of chemicals, many of which are poisonous.  The day you stop, your body starts clearing itself of all those nasty toxins and the repair process begins.

Whatever your reasons are for being stressed, if it lasts for a while it can be detrimental on both your mental and physical health, so it’s important to minimise the effect it has on you.

Each programme is devised especially for you, and this means we are able to identify and work on your particular concerns.
