Stop Smoking Programme

Quitting smoking has health benefits at any age. By quitting smoking even when older, smokers can still benefit from a reduction in coronary artery disease, lung cancer, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and even an improvement in osteoporosis.

One of the best ways to stop smoking is with hypnotherapy. Statistics show that hypnosis has a high success rate and is more effective than nicotine patches or other methods. Hypnotherapy also works so rapidly with bad habits and behaviours, because it works directly with the subconscious, bypassing the critical mind and getting to the root of the issue so that changes can be made.

This programme consists of two sessions, one initial session of 90 minutes and then a follow up session.

Before our first session I will send you a complete set of questions, so I can understand your current situation and any issues you may be facing. In fact sometimes there is an initial breakthrough from just completing these questions.

Our sessions can be recorded, allowing you to revisit the learnings at any time.
