As men age there is often a change in physical appearance, e.g. there may be abdominal weight gain, and an overall increase in body fat and weight. Losing weight can help both your general health and well-being.

This programme consists of one initial 90 minute consultation and then two 60 minute consultations that are customised to your needs. We identify what patterns of behaviour you currently have in regards to your eating and then help you to modify these into new healthier habits.

I use a combination of techniques in these sessions.

Before our first consultation I will send you a complete set of questions, so I can understand your current situation and any issues you may be facing. Sometimes there is an initial breakthrough from just completing these questions.

Our sessions can be recorded, allowing you to revisit the learnings at any time.
